Raisa Alava is Bilbao based maker, working on the fields of drawing, engraving, silkscreen, illustration and ceramics. She make about lived and imagined experiences, collective memory, comic and random thoughts. Some recent projects she have worked on include editorial illustration, artworks for music bands, branding, art, solo shows, workshop programming and site specific installations like mural paintings. She worked for clients like The New Yorker, The New York Times, TOUR de France, El Pais, The Folio Society, HBO Europe, Mapfre, Mad Decent Records, TOUS Jewelry, BH Bikes.
